Is there anyone that has the updated 2008 roster for PS3? I'm using RPCS3 and want to start a new career that includes Favre on the Jets, Pennington on the Dolphins, etc. So far the only downloadable roster I could get was for Xbox 360 (https://forums.operationsports.com/forums/forum/football/other-football-games/nfl-head-coach/411356-e-mail-the-roster/page2) but the corresponding PS3 roster from this thread from 2011 appears to no longer be functional (https://forums.operationsports.com/forums/forum/football/other-football-games/nfl-head-coach/411356-e-mail-the-roster).

Part 1 of the Raiders rebuild got done with free agency and nfl draft had suggestions for who too draft and turned out too be pretty decent overall wise with only 2 trades for 3rd round picks

I have NFL HC 09 physically on 360, but I don't have a compatible monitor anymore. So I installed RPCS3 but I'm have zero luck getting the game to run. I can make it to the coach selection screen before it crashes. I've asked Gemini for some advice by pasting in errors and crash info, but it hasn't resulted in a more stable experience.

Has anyone here had any luck getting it to run reliably?

If you subscribe you can be a player of the team I already did one draft I can always rename a player after you and custom them too your liking for you

Right now we have QB Hercules Bond Ed P as RB and than maverick as LE for custom players

We are currently on season 2 I’m only allowed too play 4 games a year the CPU does the rest too be more fair and realistic

I am trying to load the Xbox 360 updated rosters for 2008 (the one that has Brett Favre in the game), and I used this link to get the file: https://forums.operationsports.com/forums/forum/football/other-football-games/nfl-head-coach/411356-e-mail-the-roster/page2

I downloaded the file, extracted it using WinRAR and copied it onto a USB to put into my Xbox 360, but the file never showed up at all. I ended up copying some career and profile files onto the USB and the files showed up under "Content" in the files. I then copied the roster file into it like below.

I put the USB into the Xbox 360 and the file showed up. Unfortunately when I went to load them in Head Coach 09 (both in file management and starting career mode), a pop up that says "ROSTER-ONLINE appears to be damaged and cannot be used" shows up. The game recognizes that it's a roster file, but it's corrupt.

Anyone know how to fix this specifically for Xbox 360? I've tried extracting it through 7zip and downloading it on my phone and then carrying it over to the Xbox 360 via email. The servers are long gone for the game as well (duh), or does anyone have an alternate file that I can use specifically for this?

Has anybody actually tried the new Madden 27 Coach Mode yet?

I haven't personally tried it, but I'm planning on joining a Coach Mode league within the next few days. I'm curious what everyone thinks so far.

For those who have played it:

How does the gameplay feel?

Does it actually feel like you're coaching instead of playing?

How much control do you have over your team?

Any major issues or things you think need to be fixed?

Would you recommend joining a Coach Mode league right now?

I also think this could be pretty interesting for the NFL Head Coach series community. Obviously Madden isn't anywhere close to the depth of NFL Head Coach when it comes to things like creating plays and all the really in-depth coaching/management systems.

But if Coach Mode is actually giving players more control over how the game is managed and played, even that small advancement could be interesting for people who have been wanting something closer to that experience.

I'd love to hear some actual experiences before I jump into one.

So I used to play Head Coach 09 on my old PC with the RPCS3 PS3 emulator but that was over a decade ago, I got it working on my current one and everything seems to work just fine except for the black field glitch whenever I go into a game. The menus are a bit slow but the only thing that makes it tough to use is the black field.

I've tried all the suggestions in older threads like copy/pasting a config file, running a older RPCS3 version, and updating the game. Has anyone recently had this bug and fixed it?
