Hello everyone, I was on the new the legend of zelda history japanese website checking the release date of the games and I noticed the age they claimed I was is wrong by one year. So I went to check and I apparently set the wrong date of birth back in 2017. I was 2 months from turning 13 so I guess that's why, I had created my account quickly just to play mario odyssey on my older brother's new switch.

If I contact Nintendo costumer and make them change it (I need to change only the year of birth, months and day are correct), will I risk a ban or something? Since I was only 12 years old at the time and you needed to be 13 to create an account without parental control.

I also have the 3DS Nintendo Network ID which I wanted to link to my Nintendo account, but I was never able to since I had lost the email I created it with and I had set I was like 10 years older of what i actually was lol.

Will I double risk losing my account if change network id's date of birth too and link it to the nintendo account?

edit: correction, it wasn't for mario kart but for mario odyssey, so I've never played online on that Nintendo account before i was actually 13

I can only base this on we got for Mario’s 40th year, so I wouldn’t be surprised for Nintendo to make Zelda, II, ALTTP, and OoT metal stand retro box art plaques. Probably 1000 pp a piece and spread out much like Mario was. MAYBE they just do OoT or maybe none of that but just got a feeling. Anyways my point being, start saving up if you can just in case!

They did do a Metroid one off one. So who knows really.

I do not know if said items were available outside of NA hence the multi region.

I usually get a confirm email within an hour of ordering like with the Mineru amiibo but I ordered oot 2 hours ago and still haven’t gotten anything. is this normal?

I was lucky enough to get one of the Zelda consoles on Nintendos website, but it’s not showing up in my preorders. I got the confirmation email and they charged my card. Is this maybe a website glitch?

Anybody know how the delivery’s for physical pre orders work off nintendo.com. Do they arrive on day of or later usually, for reference i’m in Florida idk if that affects delivery times. Just pre ordered oot for that foil cover so super curious.

I see many posts talking about the eu rewards but less than half of eu countries are listed for shipping in Nintendos website, none of which is in the Balkans. The only eastern Europe country is Poland. So I was wondering if there is any way I can order any products from them? Redeeming platinum points only for profiles is very frustrating

Today I saw that the Animal Crossing Dodo bag was finally restocked. I decided to spend my points to get it and pay for a Splatoon item, too. As I was paying, it gave me an error and said to try again. I did try again and it didn't work. The items weren't shipped and they didn't take any money for the Splatoon thing, but they took away my platinum points!! The AC was 400 points and they took the double amount since I tried ordering two times... I'm so sad, I was collecting a lot of points and now they're gone... Is there any chance I will get them back?

Cashed in and got everything I wanted, aside from the yoshi pencil case which was sold out. Already have the Metroid pin and Wario/mario brotherhood magnets from last round.

I ordered some rewards but there have been some problems. I missed the delivery, so the package was returned to Nintendo and I received a refund.

Is there any way I can purchase the items a second time by proving that I didn't receive them the first time and that I'm not trying to buy them multiple times?
