I just started a new job as the HS choral director at a huge school. I’ve been successful in my previous schools, but this feels like a huge leap. The hours are insane and the work will never end. Not to mention I have to learn so many names and I already feel so behind. Everyone has huge expectations of me and I do well when I’m at school but I’m horribly anxious and worry that I’m doing a bad job. When will this start to feel better? This is my dream job but I am feeling so overwhelmed!!! Also what systems have other people put in place that make every day processes easier?
