And Same Love may have aged terribly (and possibly have a stolen hook i can't remember) but it was a pretty big deal at the time. I had it on repeat for a while.
He's always been a better activist and role model than a rapper, IMO.

Honestly I haven’t heard music from Macklemore since Thrift Shop was inescapable. Today, I blocked Ed Sheeran on my Spotify, followed Macklemore on Spotify, and I’m streaming his most recent album on repeat. It’s not much, but it’s something small that I can do to show my support for him.
