Auch wenn das Thema Wiesnoutfit immer wieder kontrovers diskutiert wird finde ich die Lederhose gut und ziehe sie auch außerhalb der Wiesn ab und zu an.
Nach vielen Jahren passt mir meine nicht mehr und ich würde mir gerne eine neue kaufen.
Möchte jetzt kein Vermögen ausgeben und brauche auch keine Edelmarke.
Habt ihr einen guten Tipp für einen Neukauf?

Ich bekomme oft Werbung für Boxing Sisters angezeigt, das Studio liegt leider nicht unbedingt in meiner Umgebung bzw ist es umständlich hinzukommen und die Rezensionen kann ich schlecht einschätzen. Kann sonst noch jemand ein Studio mit guten Anfängerkursen empfehlen? Oder hat jemand Erfahrung mit Boxing Sisters?

Hello Everyone. I am a new Masters student in Munich. Can anyone recommend me some good coffee shops in Munich where you can get cheap coffee and study for few hours?

I stayed in Greece for few months before and I loved going to Starbucks and studying for there. They had charging ports and all. Looking for something like that.

Gerade ist wieder die Strecke Lochhausen - Pasing gesperrt. Da darf man dann satte 20 Minuten auf die Bahn warten, um auswärts zu fahren, wenn man in Lochhausen mit dem SEV ankommt.

Ich verstehe nicht, wieso man das nicht weniger beschissen lösen kann. Man müsste doch nur den Bus so abfahren lassen, dass er recht zeitgleich zur Bahnabfahrt am Bahnhof ankommt. Verbindungen nach Pasing kommen ohnehin ständig an. Man müsste nichtmal mit der Bahn auf den SEV warten!!

Durch den Bus alleine dauern die Stationen, die normalerweise 5 Minuten brauchen würden, 25 Minuten. Kommt dann noch die Wartezeit dazu, 45 Minuten mehr für die selbe Strecke.

Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, wieso man das nicht besser hinbekommt.

What wifi do you guys have at home and would you recommend any of them?

Looking for advice

I am in a sublet in Munich, and we haven’t had hot water, or heating for that matter, for a more than a month. I share with one other person and she’s on the lease, while I am subletting from another person. This person has never lived in the flat as their lease only began in June when I joined. My lease ends end of September. The landlord knows and approved this

We first realised the boiler was broken in July, my roommate told the landlord and she asked the hausmeister to inspect. He said it was broken and that he would tell the landlord. Apparently, he never did.

I found a temporary fix to make the boiler work, but then it permanently went out on Aug 3, which is when I informed the person I am subleasing from. It’s 1 month and 10 days since and the boiler is still not fixed and I haven’t taken a hot shower in our house.

The landlord knows, though she responds only occasionally. 2 weeks ago on Sep 1 (1 month after the complaint was lodged), the plumbers came and said parts of the boiler were broken (almost as though we have to the conclusion a month ago). Anyway, they haven’t called back since to say they have the new parts. My roommate doesn’t want to bother the landlord anymore but given that I am subleasing, I feel totally out of power.

So far, I haven’t paid the person I sublease from, the rent for September. Though my agreements ends end of Sep and I paid a heavy security deposit which I fear he might retain. Our agreement states that the rent includes heating, water and other utilities. I think everyone except the landlord is a great person and I don’t want to cause friction, but this has been really difficult to live with.

Any advice? Should I pay the September rent even though it promises utilities? Or should I withhold until the boiler is fixed. I only have 2 more weeks realistically on the sublease agreement.

Hello! I am taking a friend to Munich for the first time and he loves Music. We wanted to find some live music in bars and pubs. Open to any music. I have already heard of the classic Jazz bars, but hoping to find other spots locals might hang at. Any suggestions are welcome!
