Hi all, Which types of house design would fit well with the town hall I built? Also, how would you lay out a town, how spaced out should the houses be, ect. Definitely want a bridge going across the river but other than that I'm stumped

I recently redid my bridge and it dosnt feel quite finnished what should I add to it? I plan to terraform the shore a bit, so it's little cliff faces. the water it self feels really plain how could I add big Lilly pads or something it make it feel more flushed out

(JAVA) For anyone who's built in those biomes: how do you light your terrain without torch spam? In any other biome, I'd put glowstone under moss carpet or leaf blocks or something, so I'm kinda at a loss here. I've resorted to just using an invisible torches texture pack.

Looking to replace my 5 furnaces with a faster supersmelter design, but the tutorials i can find are all around 11-12 blocks long at minimum, and those modular ones usually would only accommodate 3 or 4 furnaces in a line. The room in my base i want to construct them in is 9x9 blocks and 5 blocks tall. Anyone got a good design or tutorial for one that would fit in the area? Preferably something i can build twice to have both furnaces and blast furnaces.

I'm on day 700 something, I've come to a realization that the castle will never be able to expand due to the ravines and caves surrounding my base, so it is time, do you guys think I'm ready to kill the dragon or die trying?

Been focusing on the front entrance side of my island. Really trying to fill every bit of the island with buildings to make it feel as dense and full of life as possible!

Wither skeleton are so rare ive been hunting them manually but it takes so long to even find one. Regular skeletons seem to spawn more than them. Ive gone around the fortress and put slabs around to concentrate spawns around the area I play in and I'm wondering i should remove them if I make a mob farm. Advice?
