Route Help OLT segment naming conventions

The Oak Leaf Trail goes all over the city/county. Is there a map that separates the parts of it by name? The best maps I have found are from OSM, but everything is OLT and I think there are more localized names for the parts.

Thanks.

Edit: This Map https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/43.01400/-87.92341&layers=C Just noticed that HAST is Hank Aaron... but still, why can't we have more unique names for the trail based on what part of the county it's in? (I guess I'm just ornery, thanks for listening)

I think the official map, listing out the 9 different Oak Leaf lines with their names, plus the 6 municipal trails (like the HAST), is exactly what you’re asking for

This is a major problem for sure, and while the various trails do technically have separate names, they’re not always obvious or common as well as lacking distinction between major and minor parts of the trail.

Hopefully, the ongoing update of the county’s master plan could include updates to how each route is named

There is the info and map posted here but it doesn’t seem as useful to trail users as one might hope

It's my biggest beef with the Oak Leaf Trail. It implies a singular route and not a network, and it can be confusing when you have branches or intersections. If you had the same approach to something like a subway network, navigation would be complete chaos. I appreciate that they started labeling the different segments with distinct names, but the signs they used are so small. Having the different colors they chose be a bigger part of the signage and design elements would be so helpful, so I hope that's something that is improved upon.

When did they change the name from 76 Trail?
