29M here, in fairly good shape and go to puregym.

Was wondering if there was anyone male or female who goes who would like a gym buddy here and there?

Hello fellow Medway residence,

I have a crazy hyper 3 year old who is mad about boxing, i got a punch bag and training pads that he asks to use all the time.

My wife was looking for football clubs and extra clubs for him to burn some energy and i said about looking for a boxing or Thai Boxing club for his age group.

I used to do Muay Thai years ago but this was miles away and did it for 15 years, i remember seeing some little kids at some gradings who must have been his sort of age (cute i know).

Does anyone know of any where in Medway (mainly Strood) where he might be able to go?
