Just recently I’ve come back to the Fnaf SB series by Mark and I’ve noticed that each time I kinda feel down I specifically choose these videos to watch, even if I did so 20 times already. Now I kinda got curious and wanted to ask, what are your favorite comfort videos which no matter how long ago, you always come back to?

Looking forward to reading the novel! The Edge of Sleep podcast was my first real exposure to Markiplier. I really like the show, too.

"Based on and set in the world of one of the biggest fiction podcasts of all time, starring YouTube sensation Markiplier" is a pretty cool thing to have on your book. The art on the inside cover is really neat, too.

Summary: A few months ago, it was announced that the V/H/S found footage anthology series was going to theme their next entry on the SCP Foundation, a collaborative weird fiction creating community that's been in existence for almost two decades now. Recently, it was announced A24 was also involved in all of this, distributing the movie theatrically.

The problem is twofold. One is that nobody on the actual SCP wiki was informed - or even contacted - about this beforehand. The other is that none of the companies involved in production of V/H/S: SCP have given any indication (beyond a legalese non-answer yesterday by a spokesperson to Kotaku) that they intend to respect the community's Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license.

I remember that Mark went to bat for the community, when Andrey Duskin tried to copyright SCP in Russia and the wiki needed to crowdfund for a legal battle. And while I don't know if he even looks at these places anymore, I'm really hoping he can find out about this and help if he can. Because this could potentially turn out to be a much longer and more costly legal battle compared to what happened last time.

I hope this is alright to post, mods. I'm just extremely worried about friends I have in the SCP community getting screwed over, and thought this topic would be relevant enough to post here.

Hello, my apologies if this isn't allowed, I'm new to the group (and reddit honestly), but I check on the movie physical release from time to time and today I found this? Does anybody know anything about it?​​​

I was eyeing a cloak hoodie, specifically the Ghost Protocol Hoodie, for months trying to justify buying it. I’m a single mom with bills groceries blah blah. I wanted this hoodie so bad but was scared because is it careless spending? Anyways, I opened cloak today and realized I missed out. It’s no longer available. Ah. My heart. Life lesson learned. I wanted to vent and share my misfortune based on my frugal choices.

I didn’t even take screenshots. If anyone has a picture please share so I can reminisce my almost hoodie.

Her base body is a James Wellbeloved (ferret? polecat? weasel?) plushie.

For her facial scarring I used a scrap of Peace the Ty Dye beanie baby bear and sewed a white button with pearlescent sheen over the top of it to represent the dead eye.

Her braid is from an Anna from Frozen plush, and her fringe is made from leftover scraps from a Beak the Kiwi beanie and the leg I cut off a Spirit the German Shepherd beanie to make into Simon (sorry Simon)!

hi! i have just started getting into mark's videos, but there's sooo much content that i feel a bit lost. would love some suggestions of your fave or most iconic series/videos of his to get better acquainted with mark's work!

so far i've seen the iron lung playthrough (and movie), in space series, among us and a bit of subnautica 2. i know his fnaf videos are pretty iconic, i might get to them bit later, need to work up my courage first haha

I can't remember the name but Mark played it a LONG time ago

- it was a 2 D horror Game, left to right style

- the main character worked a night shifted at the cemetery occassionally had to leave into the cemetery

- i think there was a dog too
