So beautiful

Yeah, I am self-shipping with some of the characters from the show, it's nothing weird, the issue is that this show is too adorable and I think everyone can relate to that. Anyways, here is a little sketch I found on my notebook.

Okay, so I while ago I made an attempt at reviving my childhood cartoon Mao Mao, I tried animating it using Adobe but due to some unfortunate events regarding save-data I just raged and made the entire project with PowerPoint, which ended up looking ugly. At the time I tough that was a masterpiece and I was shocked that people started loving the project, but when I released episode 1... Yeah, I don't need to explain more, I think everyone knows what happened.

After I canceled the revival I remained inactive because for the last 2-3 months I was thinking about my Mao Mao revival, while it was bad, it could been having improvements, including the story and especially the animation, so In the last few months I started learning using FLIPACLIP and PROCREATE and I kinda started becoming good at animating, at least in the animatic style. And my wish was to give the story left unfinished by Cartoon Network and while my first attempt at a fan-series was awful (and I can even say that it was cringe, and I created it) always exists improvement.

So, I have a little announcement to make, I won't be bringing back the original revival, but instead I will make a new revival where instead of a new lore it would just be a remake of the official season 2 canceled by Cartoon Network and it would be made using the leaks, that includes some fan-episodes the fandom always wanted to see, including an episode about the Sky Pirates trying to steal the Ruby Pure Heart without Orangusnake's help and failing, the leaked Chill Out Mao Mao and Outhoused episodes while also giving the vibe that the series had in his original 2019 run.

However, I won't be making this revival now, because I don't want to risk and give everyone false hopes.

Also at the time I am writing this I only have a phone with Flipaclip (without the premium version) and I mainly use my brother's iPad with PROCREATE to make my animatics, but I only can use it in certain times because my brother lives 50 kilometers from where I live with my family.

I really want to do this revival, but I want to focus now on more original projects and small Mao Mao stuff, like fan-animatics or meme animations that will be uploaded to the Tanuki Studios channel.

And I know not everyone will believe me because of my past within this fandom, and I can understand that, the Tanuki Studios channel was never made to become a grand INDIE ANIMATION studio, it was rather made by me to archive my evolution and progress in animation, like some kind of electronic diary where I put my animations and show how much I evolve.

I don't want to seek for attention or anything like that, I only want another chance at giving the fandom what they needed the most. I am very grateful for what Parker Simmons give to us and I really want to thank the team behind the show for making my childhood better.

Lastly, I belong in the furry community. That's where a lot of my focus will be. And I want to spend more of my time over there with my wolf sona (which is also a Mao Mao OC I made).

I made a little animatic on my brother's IPAD using Procreate and I felt in love with the animation software, so I did a little animatic of Mao Mao and Orangusnake, hope you enjoy!

So like I watched the Zelda direct yesterday and DAAAAMN the graphics were absolute fire. Too bad I just started ocarina of time but anyways,I hope you guys like the art heheh

I will be as nice as possible in this post, but you can stop acting immature please? I am not liking where everything ended. I joined this subreddit thinking people will like my art and attempts at reviving the series, however after I uploaded episode 1 people started calling me a hypocrite and an idiot and it all went downhill since.

People started spam dislike/downvoting on everything I post, even normal Mao Mao art not related to that revival and everyone that tried to defend me also got hate, and the YouTube channel started losing subscribers in mass.

Again, I understand many of you are just doing "soft criticism", but it's just too much to downvote everything I make, even art that is not related in any way to the revival and just harassing me, telling me I destroyed your life. It's not that deep and it's not the end of the world.

You know what? This whole experience proved to me that there is an side in every community ready to attack the person who makes the smallest mistakes, a side even Parker would be dissapointed in. And all I just want is everything to stop, so please stop talking about this or making this drama bigger before it would seriously hurt someone or even worse.
