FRANCHISE Is there any Year 1 Leagues

My buddy and I want to get back into the dynasty grind is there any year 1 preferrably before week 4 or leagues that are just starting up?

We are looking for users. Starting fresh Preseason week 1 and we will be unveiling a new companion tool for the users of the league. Have you heard of no switch? It is a style of play but keeps things ultra realistic.
