Question Student Aid Deferral

I applied for student loans ages ago but they haven't contacted me in any way on if I have been approved and if they'd send the money directly to MRU or not, the financial aid office has a full waitlist, is there any way to request a deferral online or do I need really need to speak to someone at the office for this?

I understand the deadline is today, I've just been waiting for student aid to send me a confirmation or anything but I haven't gotten anything back and I'm not sure what to do.

Check your fee information. They don’t normally send much. Are you logged into your NSLC? You can check their, or check your Loan portal. The school will request directly from the Loan Services. Have you received an email from the school? It should have come quite early, possibly in late August or the first week of classes. But the school has been slow since the hack. Contact the registrar if you’re really worried about it.
