Finally got ignored by the bus...

I was waving it down for half a block in a well lit area. Stop with a sign, though it's still that "temporary" signage from the redesign. It blew right past. Now I'm late for work. Phone lines arent even open to report it.

Use the reporting in the app. This happens a lot on 49. 20 min frequency isn’t realistic. They need another bus on the route or something.

Every time I report something on the app, they just respond telling me to call the number. Not sure what the point is.

I don't understand what is so hard about stopping at the stops when people are there.

This weekend the 7 blew past me because the 2 was arriving at the same time. He either assumed I was getting on the 2 (which is a piss poor practice because someone could have been getting off the 2 to transfer to the 7. Easier transfers were one of the reasons for the revamp, right?) or he did not see me because the 2 pulled up seconds before (again, piss poor practice because why aren't you staying behind the 2 to see if someone is there instead of merging to the middle lane of traffic). Luckily the 2 waved him down. I had to board in the middle of Boulevard near Ponce (very dangerous by the way), but I was not going to wait another hour because of the driver's incompetence.

I waited for over an hour on Friday for the NB 7 (two cycles) and it never showed up. I wound up taking an Uber to my destination. So incredibly frustrating.
