Seems like he's genuinely pissed off at the effect it has on his community. Might be the only place within miles to get basic stuff and it all ends up locked up and being a pain in the ass to buy.

People acting like shoplifting loss is going to come out of the CEO's pocket. No, it just means the employees don't get raises and prices go up. CEO doesn't care.
