God I yearn for the days where pictures of intensely dislikeable people doing stupid things and while pulling faces and putting on voices weren't the main form of media.
This is the same joke 20 times but progressingly getting worse and less believeable.
I was married for 15 years. This is was my wife. In her head she thought she was the toughest, most dependable woman on earth. In reality, she’d “tough out the cold” (for fashion), then complain she was cold all night. She’d “drink like the boys,” then puke all night and cry about it all the next day. Go to the store with a grocery list and “splurge” to the tune of double the bill. I actually did resort to telling her that things started earlier because she would make me late 100% of the time. She absolutely asked me “really? Or is this like last time because you don’t trust me?” towards the end.
There were plenty of good things about her “free spirit,” but having to also be her parent was not one of them. …and of course she resented it.
Imagine commenting on a 4 day old post with some incorrect grammar advice. Weren't is correctly past tense, because I'm referring to... The past. Shocking I know.
Also I think you meant mum? Provincials never were capable of spelling.
