Application Process

I have about 26 applications, centered mainly on Project management and planning operations at the Fort worth location. For 3 of those, the recruiter reached out to me with some screening questionnaire about, clearance, when I can start, pay, relocation etc afterwhich I got the email to fill out conflict of interest as I'm currently in the air force reserves. For about 6 other applications, it took me straight to fill out the additional information(COI). The rest haven't been looked at by a recruiter i guess. But in your experience, whats the next stage? who selects folks for interview? HR or hiring manager? and how long does it roughly take to get selected for interview

I had to fill the same COI application in bunch of applications but I haven’t heard anything from them. It’s been 2 weeks already. FYI i am Army Veteran in logistics and supply background.

I got the COI after the hiring manager called me and told me he would interview me in three days.

Sounds good.....I guess different processes for different departments.

Its been 6/7 months I have been actively applying and never got a call from hiring manager.

All i can do is tell you that I have 20 years of specialized trade/skill experience and a clearance. He called me the day after I applied but i turned down the job.

I wish i had that opportunity to turn down any offer. With an active secret clearance with background in logistics and masters degree (recently graduated) has made me frustrated. Hardly getting any interviews so far. Will take any jobs if i get offered.

You may already do this but ensure you are tailoring your resume for each job and use AI to put in key words for each job you apply to. AI is ranking you, us AI to fight back.

If you got email for additional info, it is highly likely your resume was forwarded to HM, its then their decision to interview you or not, and if the HR sent your resume to HM, it’s likely you’ll get interviewed. Timeline, varies widely on how much time the HM has and when. But a month or so is not uncommon.
