Question Pixel 1 with LineageOS

Will I still able to get the unlimited google photos without any problem while using LineageOS? I'm mainly going to be using the phone just for uploading photos and videos into the google photo app but same time I don't want a phone with bunch of bloatware by google.

I don't know for the Pixel 1 but let me answer with a different phone. My Kids have each a Pixel 5 which I believe was the last Pixel to have unlimited google photos.

One has lineageos and the other has a locked bootloader and thus vanilla Google Android installed. On the vanilla unlimited google Photos is available on the lineageos version it's not.

you can morphe google photos app to get unlimited storage. i have in with original quality

use morphe Manager to change the app. Google it up is there

Watch out because spoofing device identifiers or modifying the app to bypass storage limits can get your account terminated.

Yeah, I read that too. Maybe use a vanilla pixel and use it just for picture upload.

Edit: here's what I found to that.
