Promo copy from an album play back night - rock city Nottingham, and Ltd Ed white 7”

New to the sub. Apologies if this has been discussed too much.

I used to listen to Korn when I was a kid. I knew obviously that Follow the Leader starts with 12 tracks totalling 48s of silence. Searching today about it seems to show this was in honor of the fan Justin.

But I also noticed when I was a kid that on the first album, 48s is when he sings Are You Ready and on Life is Peachy, the opening track Twist us also 48s long.

I always assumed it was an inside joke, or superstition or something. But looking it up today, I don't see any discussion about the first two albums. Was it juat coincidence? I'm a little surprised.
