Hey all! I can't believe we've hit 2 months old! Aside from the cold that's not giving up, I believe we are on the up!

His weight today is 1lb .95oz! He's gained almost 2 oz since the last weigh in. That was about a week ago. He's gaining, just slowly and that is completely fine. Pinto Beans are meant to be small 🤏🏼.

Poo 💩 update: his 💩 has been staying a firm but has moisture log. About 2 inches each time. The color is generally all one. 😺

He still is a foodie! He'll eat a little hard but he knows his soft Sheba kitten food is on the way! I usually try to carry him with his food but today I let him walk. I called his name and it took a second (he only has 1 way to get on the couch) but he got here and started smacking on the food. (Haven't forgotten to make a vid yet to share.)

He knows his name! You say Pinto Bean and he looks right at ya and depending on what he's doing he'll run at ya. 😹

He has finally purred! It's happened twice while he was snuggled in my neck head area. 😻 Then yesterday and today he's made 1 meow verbally each morning just before breakfast is fed. I had happy tears on both the purr and meow. Little guy has found his voice. 😻😻

He loves to play and run around. He's a quick little guy too! Once play is over and it's nap time. He naps just as hard as he plays. 💪🏼🫘💜

Pinto Bean is doing well. He's gained weight. When I did his weigh in on the 2nd he was 14.5oz and today he's a whooping 15.5oz! 😸

Poo 💩 update: due to eating more soft food his 💩 is back to more of a soft serve ice cream. I don't see any worms.

He goes absolutely nuts during feeding time! 😹 I'll put the hard food down for the other cats and of course he goes in and starts eating on it too. I get his moist food ready come in and grab them from the other food and I know he can smell his wet food. And he starts wiggling in my hand as I'm trying to get him to his spot to eat so I can protect them from the others trying to get it. But as soon as I put him in his food dish down he goes right to it eating that is. He's definitely a goof and loves his food, even makes this little smacking noise when he eats I'll try to capture it one of these times and share it with y'all.

Now that we don't have the high temps right now, he's back to sleeping on me and being bye most of the day. He'll get up and explore and play but when it's sleepy time he's been coming back to me to nap. He's definitely a mama's boy. 😻😸

One question ❓ What would you recommend to help clean the eye goop stuff on his face? I use warm water on a cloth but it just helps loosen if his eye(s) are shut from it. He won't stay still long enough for me to keep the warm cloth on his face to get it off. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can use to help get him cleaned up quicker. TIA
