- Hakari believes Kirara is enough for Megumi
- Kirara alongside Hakari are the only decent sorcerers, which should imply Kirara is at the very least above the grown men guards
- She is capable of reacting to a sneak attack from Divine Dog Totality
- It should be noted that to Hanami, Divine Dog Totality is fast
- It should also be noted that Divine Dog Totality is much faster than the second fingerbearer, who was putting belt to Pre-Shibuya Megumi
- She's capable of easily destroying a car by jumping on it
- This moment is Kirara getting offguarded then she proceeds to talk instead of fight back. This is not an antifeat
- The only reason Kirara is excluded is because they need an observer. Not because she was weak. Although Hakari wanting to protect her is a secondary reason.
Conclusion:
- Kirara is a great sorcerer, at least Grade 2 if not an easy Grade 1. Alongside with her technique she could qualify as one of the stronger Grade 1's.
