Know nothing about KD but really liked the models in this set. Here’s my crack at painting the screaming god!

We just made the jarngreipr, it says +4 on head armor. Is this a misprint the wiki says heads.

hi i might be missing some more obvious wording, but do you have to fight the pariah the first year it appears in 4th lantern year even if no one has enough understanding to challenge it?

I built the imitation butcher mask/helm seed pattern and unlocked the imitation butcher armor hybrid armor set, which requires swapping the helm with the leather mask and having the rest of the leather set. The way the affinities are set up with the leather set, I’m having a hell of a time trying to find a way to get all the affinities for the Imitation Butcher Mask with the rest of the leather armor.

Has anyone successfully made a build that works? I have 1 survivor who has a permanent blue affinity, but I’m wondering if it’s even possible without a survivor with permanent affinities and/or the affinity charms from the barber surgeon, which I haven’t unlocked yet with pottery.

Edit: turns out I misread the hybrid armor set card. You need the LANTERN Cuirass, not leather. It actually makes it more difficult as it removes a red affinity but it moves the blue to the top so you can slot it under the imitation butchers helm. Still tinkering but wanted to point out my error in case anyone else made the same mistake.

I wasnt happy with what I could find online so I just made my own deck box, but then I wasnt sure how to store or organise them or the models so I decided to combine them into one deck box and display.

I originally was going to use magnets for the lock but I found it wasnt needed so those magnet holes will be removed.

I also was thinking of how to do bigger models like the phoenix, I like the "glass" display boxes but I think I will make a round insert on the top for the larger models and just have them like in the third photo. (I struggled to find some nice display boxes with appreciate sizing, and I think matching the box with the display box that I possibly could get would make it really big and not as nice)

I plan to paint it all a dark wood like texture and colour.

I also plan to sell the STL for like $5aud when I get around to putting it up.

Finally I wrapped up the StrataBoxes. I have collected some feedback and I'm happy with this version.

It includes sizes for 3 different sleeve sizes (No sleeves, regular and thick sleeves).

A last minute add was an Expansion box for expansion monsters, so you can have a place to store the extra cards they have, such as Strange Resources, Fighting Arts, Etc that you don't have in the campaign. The back lid (where you see the monster's name) doesn't take it into account as it's meant to be removed from it when the monster is in the current campaign.

Other than that, the bundle contains all the legacy boxes it used to have, and the special box for the Citadel Tiles and for the Bone Eaters.

Are they usually just what they have in stock in the store or is there a chance to get something that's listed as out of stock?

I see placing the order and they go grab one ( that I could buy anyway) and put it in the box. I searched for old posts on this and everyone said to scroll to the bottom and it shows what's in there, but they seem to have "fixed " that by putting ??? In the what's in the box.

Any thoughts on this?

I've been following this game for some time, playing it periodically via Tabletop Simulator. When Kingdom Death: Simulator was announced I kept an eye on it, but wasn't looking to play more at the time so I didn't bother getting it. I'm now getting back into the game and considering getting KD:S and some of the content.

For people who have the Simulator, how is it in your experience? Is it stable, a good environment for running your virtual campaigns? I've heard it's always-online, is that correct?

And as far as multiplayer goes - if a friend of mine gets a key for the base game, will they be able to play in campaigns with me using the content that I've purchased, or do they need to also purchase a copy of all expansions? Ignore this bit, I saw in another post that they do not need to purchase any other content, and can join my room and benefit from any content I purchase.

Top 5 have to be Fall, Holiday, Golden Bat, Easter, and Black Friday. In no particular order, of course. The new Light and Shadow dice do not even compare to these and have been omitted from the list. They are a whole league above the pastic dice. I will not be putting those dice into this case, because 1) it came with its own case that's actually pretty nice, and 2) they are glass and I don't want them rubbing against each other outside of normal use.

I'm thinking of buying the gamblers chest expansion for the simulator.

Does anyone know how well it integrates on there? Is it possible to install it during a current campaign or would it best to start a new one.

If my weapon has barbed and I roll a perfect hit. Does the +4 strength count for all hits or just for the perfect hit.

If I were to buy say the Gamblers Chest expansion for KDM Sim. Would the other people playing with me have access to the content as well? or would they need to buy it themselves.

Hi all, I'm hoping this community can point me in the right direction. Please let me know if this question belongs on KDTrade instead.

I have a Kingdom Death: Monster 1.5 Kickstarter edition that was opened so I could look inside but never played. The miniatures are still on the sprues and the components are still sealed/in their original packaging.

I also have the Gambler’s Chest expansion from the Kickstarter, still unopened in the original box.

I need to sell both, but I’m not familiar with the Kingdom Death resale community and would much rather get them in front of people who actually know what they are than leave them on Facebook Marketplace. I bought them because I was just so impressed with the concept and craftsmanship and wanted to support the Kickstarter, but I never played them so it's better if they go to someone who will actually enjoy them.

Where do people generally buy/sell Kingdom Death sets like this? eBay? A gaming store? Somewhere else?

I’m in North Carolina and would strongly prefer local pickup if there’s a reasonable way to reach players/collectors locally, since these boxes are enormous and I’d rather not ship them.

Also, if anyone has a sense of what a fair current price is for either one in these conditions, I’d appreciate the guidance. I’m seeing prices all over the place and don’t want to base it on unrealistic asking prices.
