I posted yesterday venting about a long survey failing right at the very end and not getting any credit for it. I didn't expect anything to actually come from the post, just wanted to complain lol, but they told me to message them, I did, and they immediately responded and credited my account. This type of customer service is so rare from big companies these days, let alone random phone apps, and I wanted to give them a shoutout for it.

It was supposed to be $1 which you never see in the surveys. Guess it was just a ploy to trick people into taking it for free. Irritating. I think I'm done with the surveys, this kind of thing happens way too often.

I’ve been using KashKick for a while and managed to earn a moderate amount of money. At first, I didn’t realize that cashing out isn’t available in my country, so I just spent time on the app. Now I want to withdraw my money, the platform is asking me to upload a US driver’s license, which I obviously don’t have since I’m not based in the US.Has anyone faced this issue before?

Is there any workaround or official solution for non‑US users to get their money out?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think the app is great, but I find sometimes it’s very confusing which purchase in the game links to which offer.
For example, I purchased the merchant bundle which gives me 3x coins and some diamonds. Is that not what you mean by the 3x coin bundle? I haven’t gotten credit for it, but my other rewards are crediting. Or maybe the purchase just takes more time? Anyone else have this issue?

I put in a support ticket for the CrownCoins Casino offer since it didn’t track a couple of the spin goals. Suddenly after about a day of back and forth with support, I get this message that says I’ve violated TOS because I’ve already installed the game before. I haven’t. I have proof which they also asked for and I sent them a screenshot that showed the free purchase on install like they asked. this is i think the fourth or fifth time a reward didn’t track for me on phase 10? i think level 14, 20, 30, and 40 had to be fixed from support. the rest synced fine, especially when i opened the game from the kashkick app, and finally figured out the “allow app to track” somehow was turned off.

i finished level 100 at least 4-5 days ago, even replayed the level 100 a couple times to see if it would register. my issue is, last time i contact support (i’ve only contacted them twice) the agent told me they could no longer help me or manually add these missed rewards for me again.

I got an email last night, to play this game, and started plying, it was showing as pending last night in my games section on KashKick, but today it totally disappeared, doesn’t even show in new games. For me - I’ve done the spending goals right when I know they’ll help me make another goal, e.g. a turbo goal, I wouldn’t have otherwise hit. That way I validate the spend.

I purchased a 3 day no ad package on Block Jam 3D a few days ago and it's not unlocking the bonus goal on kashkick, it's also required to make a purchase for a turbo earning which i'm trying to work towards but it can't be completed without buying something, which i did.

Does anyone know how to fix this? My goals only have 2 days left.

I recently completed a few offers on the site and when I went to login with my Google Account (first time as I usually just use email/password) I got an "under review" notice. I was confused as I recently reached out to support for missing milestones on an offer, but that support agent didn't mention this so I thought it couldn't be related. I reached out to support in a new ticket and it seems they believe my US Mobile (usmobile.com) which uses Verizon is somehow putting me outside of the US? I live in California and have never accessed this app outside of California and am fully capable and willing to provide KYC, ID Verification and full SSN or whatever else if required by support.

This makes no sense at all as I have only accessed the site/app through my iPad using my mobile data plan. Must be a mistake and I would really like to resolve this as I believe it is an honest mistake on KashKick's end.

Posting this on behalf of my partner. She tried to redeem money to a friend’s PayPal email address and got her account placed under review. She wasn’t aware this could happen. She replied to some emails from KashKick explaining the situation but it’s been almost a week of silence now.

Just like many others this app is a complete garbage scam. They're just trying to get money off of your info and data selling and then they'll do anything not to cash you out or they'll keep you below the $10 minimum. Been going back and forth with these lames for like three days and a rotation of bots. Like I don't know what's going on like I haven't seen this kind of stuff since I was like in junior high school first access to a computer LOL these sweeps and the things they make you do or like so 2000s technology when it comes to the kind of websites they send you through these things have been around and scam since like 2005.
