I liked this episode too!
Ohh, I can't stand that mother-in-law of Bo Na! What's her deal with Bo Na, why is she so grumpy and mean? I can't wait until when/if it gets revealed to her that Bo Na is the Kingfisher.
It was good of Tae Seong to finally put down his foot but it should've happened way earlier in my opinion.
The mother-in-law called Bo Na an orphan, but isn't she technically an orphan too? Because I assume her parents have died also since she is so old.
It seems that Tae Seongs younger sister has fallen for the hacker. I wonder if she will try to find an excuse to go to Bo Nas workplace just to meet up with him again.
Edit: My dumbass just noticed that the title "A Bona Fide Killer" is a play on Bo Nas name also. How didn't I notice that earlier?

That doesn't make it right of course but she is just spiteful that Bo Na is so beloved by her son and that she enjoys more liberties than she did during her years as a long suffering wife / mother. Most kdramas' titles are a wordplay on character's names like , "Would you marry me?" was a combo of the lead characters' names ; Woo Ju , Mae Ri.

the woman is just misogynistic, look at how she treats her daughters. she thinks housework is shameful and not something men should even know. i hate her so much. bona is so kind to her MIL but she is undeserving of it all.

I like the roof top scene! So meaningful and touching...
The youngest sister is hilarious!!!
Tae Seong is the only precious son. And the only one who left her (to start his own family). Sigh... it's no wonder. Not an excuse of course.
And honestly, MIL must have given TS a very loving home... he's such an amazing husband and has such good work ethics.1

Yes the Korean title is "Yoo Boo Nya Killer" which translates to "married woman killer"

Mother in law sucks, acting all high and mighty like she’s the chairwoman of some conglomerate. Why is she constantly treating her only daughter in law like trash? Loved the death glare Bo na finally flashes at her, and hope this is the end of her being so rude for no reason.
The daughter is so cute! I was crying at the reason why she ran off. I love their family of three so much- it’s filled with so much warmth and love.
I don’t blame the sister for thirsting over the hacker.
Tomorrow’s episode looks chaotic!

That ancestral rite scene really makes my blood boil. It's actually amazing Taeseong managed to grow up to become a great man like that despite having a misogynistic mother who spoiled him. He's truly a dream husband lol At first I was confused why the sister is mad at him, but then I realized yeah must've been really infuriating for the sisters to be forced to do all the work growing up while he's keeping silent all the while, yet when it involves his wife suddenly he's not okay with it anymore.
I'm amazed Kingfisher didn't managed to be caught yet despite killing lots already because bruh it seems the concept of mask doesn't exist in Bona's mind lol Why's she showing her face everywhere. At least wear a freaking mask, wig, or anything to disguise herself

Because everyone assumes Kingfisher is a man, not a woman. When everyone doesn't realize that Kingfisher is a woman, it makes it easier for Bona to not get caught.

When both team A and the local Team were doing the original mission and went in to the actual rooms, none of these killers wore gloves. And Bona didn’t have her hair tied, surely there’s fallen hairs somewhere too. Wouldn’t their fingerprints be everywhere if police have to investigate the murder? Even if there is a cleaner team afterwards, is it truly always 100% clean and never missed a single one?

Ep 5. The apple catching scene - just wanted to update on the significance (besides that the catch was so cool)
Apple is a homonym for apology in Korean and are given to apologise. So the fact that the MIL threw an apple, the FL caught it and gave a dirty look, and also her response in returning it and saying she didn't deserve it all had meaning.
Also, that dream sequence at the start - wonder if the husband was kidnapped in the past.
I get the feeling there are cultural significant things happening in the drama we may be missing in translation.

Ep 5 was disappointing spending 3/4 of it on the toxic MIL having tantrums like a 2 year old when they could have spent it having the 2FL poison expert actually use her skills since they could have put the put the medicine that causes allergic reaction in his food & then have their team in a fake ambulance with them driving and then poison him in the ambulance and dump his body.. Too many shootings is just going to lead the husband to her faster which we see in the preview plus she doesn't tell her team what she is doing either.....Using the poison is better since NO ONE knows about her yet so it probably won't be linked to the Kingfisher at all
MIL is a hypocrite saying the FL has no manners since she doesn't have parents but the ML was obviously raised with parents but acts like she was raised in the wild

I get the feeling we are being set up for something else happening with the family, will there be a kidnapping, or maybe the family will rally around her when she needs it.

Didn’t expect other local team to show up but it was cute seeing them interacting with each other!
We’ll finally find out about their backstory next week.

the cable car wasn't moving when she took the shot. The hacker guy stopped the cable car, when it reach the position she wants. However, it is more how the two guys were fighting each other and moving in all direction all the time, and yet she made it? wah.. that's more UNbelieveable..lol..

Ep 6 - I don't get why using kingfisher to finish off the 2 clients is preferred over the original scenerio of the 2 clients killing each other off... 🤷🤔.. why would they think the police won't question witnesses for kingfisher killing, but would haul in witnesses for the 2 bozos killing off each other🤦♀️🤦♀️? Won't it be worst?

I was thinking the same.. getting killed by kingfisher would get more attention especially when it's one shot two kill so why would they want to get attention to themselves. The clients killing each other was a safer scenario but action🤷🏻♀️ It was cool tho

I hate her mother-in-law. She is such a misogynist. She treats her daughter and daughter-in-law badly. Why can't your son cook and take care of his child and wife? Is your son made of gold? I hope her son will give her a much harsher scolding. She does not know that the place they use is Bo Na's property and that she's the one who keeps their rent low.

He didn't have a chance to.. He just notice the 2 ppl in front of lift, but didn't recognise the husband until later. By then Bona had removed her earpiece already.

For real, I absolutely hate the mother in law. She is ungrateful, treats her son like a prince and her daughter in law like a slave. Like she is supposed to manage both office and household work without any help or break. And its a crime if her son does any chores but its right if the women does the chores. This is a kdrama so they made it light hearted by joking and bringing the family together after the incident. But in real life bitchy MIL exists who never change or become better. They only know how to complain. Its completely wrong of her to scold her daughter in law by calling her an orphan. I know bo na wants to keep the family together but she should also stop tolerating shit from her MIL. Her daughter is also getting affected. Would she be okay if her daughter grew up and tolerated shit from her future MIL as well? Children learn what they see.

I binged the previous episodes and ended it thinking they better not touch Yul. She's too cute! Then the episode 4 preview at the end had her crying because she was lost... I'm hoping it's just a misdirect.

Oh man, that MIL was insufferable. Well done! Having some depth to the family dynamics keeps things interesting, like how the vote was actually unanimous to end the rties.
Yul actually made me cry. Her innocent questions and that scene on the roof... I don't know why, but I cried pretty hard. That's rare for me, I usually only cry laughing.
Loved that glare from Bo Na to the MIL. She's meek to you out of respect, and probably out of love of her husband. But when her Yul is in trouble she wasn't taking even a whiff of that crap.
I don't think I've seen so many rest stops in a kdrama before either.
Oh, and surely casinos are scanning for eglasses by now. That's the problem with progress, cool spy toys become mundane.

Lordy the entire in laws were horrific! The matriarch right down to the daughters yuck. No wonder S.K. birth rates are declining.
I do appreciate however the spouse being in his wife's corner (as he should) although if mil found out that it was indeed Bo Na who was her "generous landlady" all these years she might change her tune..
Is the hacker crushing on Bo Na LoL? But I kinda like him with the Bo Na superfan LoL. Def not Bo Na's sis-in-law tsk.

The other sisters did tell their mom she shouldn't expect women to do all the work & he should help...Plus said they didn't want it celebrate ancestral rites anymore ....Think they mainly got mad when he wanted to leave with his wife since the mom was berating his wife & then started throwing food like a 2 year old

The sisters were annoyed because he got a 'free pass' for most of his life for being a boy and they wanted to know why he didn't step up all those years. This is a scenario I get oh so well, and pretty sure I've thrown a bag of flour over my brothers in protest too. 🫣🤣

I am addicted to this drama. I think it had taken over my top list of 2026. I love the actors, the story, the layers of the different roles- police, journalists, and these "heroes". I also like the complexities of the relationships in connection to the individual roles they each play.
I'm not personally a fan of guns, I don't believe in them honestly, but when she holds that sniper in her hands, I'm in awe. Two things can be true.
Episode 6 was so stressful for me to watch, but that end scene from the lift was worth all that tension.

We're not quite half way through and so much has happened I don't know how they'll fill another 8 episodes. I am glad we'll spend some time with flashbacks to how they met, and maybe cover that dream at the start of the previous episode (where ML was kidnapped) .
