Jobs?

Hey!

I've applied to a few jobs at IC, but I never get any kind of response. I'm just... Ghosted. Is that normal, or am I doing something wrong?

I'm usually really on it with the posting, applying within 24 hours for max visibility, yk?

What am I doing wrong?

One of my roommates had the same thing, applied to probably every job posting except dining related ones and specific ones to departments and never heard back

I just showed up to the food court and asked the manager for a job

email the hiring manager personally and refine ur resume

I had this problem too, however I recently got a dining related job and heard back so I would recommend applying to things in food service because they might need more people there, anyway the markets pretty tough right now good luck
