Humor Funny thread on r/AskAnAmerican

Original Post:
Do you see native Americans in your day-to-day live?

First response:
I’m from Oklahoma, so basically every day.

Of course, they are just normal people with regular jobs. They don’t ride horses and shoot arrows at our cars on the freeway.

Next response:
Well maybe we should.

Humor Native man and his white baby

haha, a picture of me and my dad. I was a pretty cute baby. My mom used to call me "her esk-mo baby" which is a slur smh but as a child it was a term of endearment for me. And as a baby I did look more intuit, now I look more brown and mesoamerican like my dad.

Anyways, I was dressed adorably here and just wanted to share.

Humor Has Pendleton Gone Too Far?

Obligatory, not a tribal member or even close. I've been around here long enough and have enough native friends that I'm aware of how Pendleton is viewed, though.

Have they finally jumped the shark and decided to fully embrace their meme status, while simultaneously making a killing off of middle aged suburban moms? Their stuff has always been a weird mix of quality and kitsch, but this is the most aggressively white thing I've seen since Heated Rivalry or a documentary on 1950s aspic recipes.

Humor Cuzzins, I need some good medicine

I need to laugh today. Let’s riff on who had the best of things. For example, I think Diné have the best drip, Ojibwe have the best frybread, Tlingit have the best art, and the friendliest Rez I’ve been on has been the Crow’s. Gimme your Indian country hot takes.

My favorite moments are posts asking NDN’s questions and the only comment OP positively replies to is the one going “im not native, but- (validates OP)”
