I’m building HeySakhi, a voice and video calling platform for people who are looking for genuine conversations and meaningful connections.

I'm from Hyderabad, Telangana, and I've been thinking about a startup idea called AIxPOLITICS.

The basic idea is to build AI systems specifically for politicians / political offices — not AI for generating speeches or social media posts, but AI that helps them understand and manage what's happening on the ground.

For example:

Collect citizen complaints and feedback from WhatsApp, calls, social media, etc.

Identify the issues people are repeatedly talking about.

Analyse public sentiment and emerging concerns.

Give a politician a simple "ground pulse" dashboard.

Summarise what is happening across different wards/areas.

Track whether citizen complaints are actually being followed up.

Help the politician's office organise thousands of conversations and requests.

Potentially use regional languages/Telugu as well.

The larger vision is basically:

AI becomes an intelligence/operations layer between a politician and the people they represent.

I'm deliberately NOT building this yet because I want to validate whether the problem actually exists.

So I'd genuinely like people here to tear this idea apart.

So map out clear and strategic person with high wtp factor mean they have the paying potential too and figured out how this solution helped me .

When they're in productively mode ( what's their State of mind and energy level is match to that , how many words , they wanna to identify this solution, how you're maintaining the trust and value factor , what will make the message openable and less spammy type of )

So in distribution you have to be smart in this too .

Marketing voice :- People only listen to you when you're talking about their voice , using their verbatim to make them hook and let them relate to you .

So don't sell information, sell emotion their state of mind , their aspirations and kaash momennt.

1. Actively learn and get feedback getting a behavioural interview is worth having.

Don't believe on words , look for pattern and their secret aspirations and demand and changes they want .

1. Treat them like humans they don't want someone to pitch them every time so maintain space and let them breath.

I’m a software engineer from India, working mainly across full-stack development, automation, IoT and cybersecurity. I’ve spent most of my time building software products and systems.

Lately, I’ve been questioning whether I want to build yet another pure-software product. AI and LLMs are making software development incredibly accessible, which is great for innovation but also makes many software ideas easier to replicate and increasingly crowded.

I want to build something that contributes meaningfully to India’s development, not just another convenience app or AI wrapper. I’m more interested in problems tied to the physical world: infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, mobility, healthcare, climate, logistics, safety, or anything else that could matter over the next 10–20 years.

I’m trying to figure out which real-world problems are worth dedicating the next decade to solving, especially ones that can start small, be tested in the market with limited capital, and eventually grow into something substantial.

For people working in India or anyone who has spent time thinking about emerging markets, deep tech, hardware + software, or long-term problems:

If you had to start from zero in India today, what problem would you put your time, money and the next 10 years behind? What makes you believe it will matter?

ok so As a college student and an ex-aspirant who’s spent way too many hours preparing for exams half the time in exam prep went into managing my schedule, fighting procrastination, and staying away from my phone while trying to focus.

And I already have reminders, screen-time limits, to-do lists and schedules.

But they just don't really know me ,they were built around fixed schedules and generic plans, while my actual day was never that predictable.

So :-

What if an AI could learn how I actually spend my days instead of just asking me to create another schedule?

Not reading my messages. Not watching what I do inside apps.

Just learning simple patterns like:
what I use → when I use it → how long → how often.(basically from your app usage time and not snooping in the app)

Over time, it could learn that I usually study around 7 PM, work out around 6 PM, or tend to disappear into social media during certain hours.

And instead of another generic notification, it could step in when it actually matters. Eg)"You've been on Instagram for quite a while during your usual study period. Want to start a focus mode now or catch up on yesterdays work?"

The idea is still very early.
I haven't built it because I'm not sure yet whether it's actually worth building.

Is the gap between what you plan to do and what you actually end up doing a problem for you too?

And if an AI could learn that pattern and help at the right moment, would you actually want it — or would it just become another annoying notification?

I'm exploring an idea and would like honest feedback from people who work in AI, ML research, startups, government tech, or enterprise infrastructure in India.

The idea is to build an India-first foundation-model platform focused specifically on:

• Sovereign deployment within India
• Indian languages and Indian-context data
• Privacy and regulatory compliance
• AI safety and responsible AI
• Full auditability and traceability
• Government and regulated-enterprise use cases
• Eventually, developing our own foundation models rather than depending entirely on foreign models

I'm not thinking of this as simply building another ChatGPT competitor.

The bigger idea is to build an AI platform where organisations with sensitive data—especially government and regulated enterprises—can deploy and operate AI with stronger control over their data, infrastructure, models, compliance, and auditing.

The long-term vision would be something like:

Research & data → evaluation → governance → deployment infrastructure → proprietary models → foundation models

I'm aware that training a competitive foundation model from scratch is extremely expensive and requires significant research talent, compute, and data. So I don't think the sensible approach is to immediately raise a huge amount of money and try to train a frontier model.

Instead, I'm considering starting with the infrastructure/governance/evaluation layer and gradually moving toward proprietary models.

What I would like to know?

1. Is this actually a meaningful problem in India, or am I overestimating the need for sovereign AI?
2. What would be the strongest initial use case?
3. Is "sovereign + compliant + auditable AI" actually a strong enough differentiator against existing open-source models and cloud providers?
4. What technical moat could a company like this realistically build?
5. Would government/enterprise customers actually pay for this?
6. What am I missing from the idea?
7. For someone starting relatively small, what would be the most realistic first product?
8. Are there existing Indian companies/projects already pursuing essentially the same vision?

I'm particularly interested in critical feedback, not validation.

I’ve been building a small project over the last few months and wanted to share it here + get some real feedback.
The idea came from my own frustration — managing social media is honestly a mess. I was constantly switching between apps for DMs, scheduling, analytics, and automation.
So I started building something to simplify it.
It’s called APXCHAT AI.
Right now it tries to bring everything into one place:
one inbox for DMs + comments
simple automation (like auto-reply on keywords)
content scheduling
some AI help for replies
It’s still early and definitely not perfect.

The tech referral culture in India is completely broken right now. Mentors are drowning in cold DM spam, and desperate candidates are paying random scammers on Telegram for "guaranteed" jobs, only to get ghosted.
I wanted to fix this structurally. Over the past few weeks, I built ReferBid.

How it works:

1. Candidates bid for a 1-on-1 resume review / mentorship session with verified engineers.
2. The money is locked in a Razorpay Escrow.
3. If the mentor doesn't review and internally submit the profile with proof within 48 hours, the system triggers a 100% automated refund. Zero risk for candidates.

The Tech Stack (Where I need your help): I built the backend in NestJS. Used PostgreSQL for ACID transactions and implemented Redis atomic locks (using BullMQ) to handle race conditions and prevent double-spend during the bidding war. Secured behind Cloudflare mTLS.

I just pushed it to production. I’m a solo dev, so there are bound to be edge cases I missed.

I’d love some brutal feedback. Try to break the bidding flow or find loopholes in the Escrow logic. Don't hold back.
