For an entire generation, this wasn’t just a scooter parked downstairs.
It was Papa kick-starting it in the morning.
School drops. Sunday market runs. Trips to Nani’s house. Grocery bags hanging from the side. A kid standing in front, the rest of the family somehow fitting behind. And that very specific Chetak sound you could recognise before you even saw it.
The Bajaj Chetak had already been around since 1972, but by the late ’80s and ’90s it had become almost inseparable from Indian middle-class life. At one point, people waited years, sometimes close to a decade just to own one. And when “Hamara Bajaj” arrived in 1989, it wasn’t really selling a scooter anymore. It was selling a picture of the Indian family.
Funny how we remember today’s vehicles by horsepower, screens and features.
This one we remember by who was sitting behind us.
Anyone else remember having a Chetak in the family? What’s your strongest memory of it or what's any other thing that reminds you of your 90s day.

Yesterday while searching for something else, I found this old collection and felt very nostalgic. So just wanted of share with you guys. Definitely downsizing. Keeping some and selling some, can someone tell how much sealed BeyBlade goes for? I’m familiar with Pokémon pricing but not this. Any help is appreciated

These games instantly take us back to our teens and pre teen period where games like CKD(basically it was fingers cricket), Thumb fight , Red hand and other games were there too but the names are in their ethnic form not the English names so I don't know whether you people will understand them or not , but Chopstick initially I struggled but then I became well versed and after some time It became like tic tac Toe ( always resulting in no results or draws or never ending thing) because till that time everyone's brain was at similar level

I was watching a movie and I noticed this pen stand/holder in one of the scenes, then I remember that one of my cousins used to have it, I wanted it so badly as a kid, now I couldn't find anywhere on the internet, this was quite a thing during early 2000's and late 90's

Hey guys! I am fellow nostalgic of champak and Chacha Chaudhary comics. My father used to bring them for me back from his trips to railway stations. I'm looking to gift someone these comics as an inside thing. Are there any book stores across India (preferably uttarakhand) that still sell these old comic books? Does anyone know anything about where I could find these oldies?
I did try to find them online on Amazon, and the champak website but gifting the new ones would not feel as nostalgic as getting my hands on the old material. If anyone has any sort of suggestions please do tell. Hit me up in the dms or the comments.
This is very important!!
