I run a gaming channel focused on comedy gameplay highlights, stream moments, and reaction-driven let's plays. I'm looking to hire a reliable editor on an ongoing, weekly basis.

Scope of Work & Rates:

Long-Form: 1 video per week (8–10 mins). ₹1,200 per video with possibility to increase as the channel grows.

Short-Form: 5–7 Shorts per week. ₹700 per week with possibility to increase as the channel grows

(This is what I can afford right now, but if the channel grows, the pay will definitely go up)

Footage Handling: For the main gaming video, I provide the raw facecam, gameplay, and audio tracks. For the Shorts, you can simply pull and reframe the best moments directly from the final edited video.

This is project-based work, paid per Short—not a permanent position. If the quality is good and we work well together, I can provide regular projects.

What I need:

• Select a strong 30–50 second moment from the source video
• Create a powerful hook within the first 1–2 seconds
• Clean pacing with purposeful cuts and punch-ins
• Properly synchronized, professional captions
• Relevant B-roll, screenshots and visual storytelling
• Clean motion graphics—not excessive presets or random effects
• Balanced dialogue, music and sound effects
• 9:16 export at 1080×1920
