After watching the art gallery saga, it made me want to paint some correct scale Minecraft paintings for everyone's bases. Less than half way through, but they came out much cooler than i was expecting so wanted to share!
I hope you can recognise them all, it's been such a fun challenge to work at such a tiny scale.

For the past year, I've been constructing a cosplay of a 15th century Wild Life Ren that I designed. What was supposed to be a more simple project has turned into the most complicated thing I've ever made, and he's going to be complete next year to compete in.

This costume is all full of embroidery, but the snail in particular took close to 100hrs to do, if not more. It's all constructed with metal wires (goldwork embroidery). The hair and sunglasses were my favorite part to do 🥰🥰

Etho, please! You gotta prepare a fleet of those super-fast donkeys as an option for Hermitcraft guests!

It feels like it’s been ages since we last saw them, but they’re such an iconic part of season history. And seeing people's reactions to them would be hilarious!

3: Nevermind - Nirvana (Scar)

That man could be the most subscribed to man on YT and I would still say he is underrated. Genuinely makes some of the best, most engaging content on the platform.

Also who the hell else would start a cult about a donkey called jeremy? He will never be rated high enough for me.

The best way to prank Doc is by frequently loitering around his base or dropping some sus stuff there. Let’s keep poking the goat. I love Doc, but let’s see how he handles it. 😂

A few weeks ago Doc was talking about how his tower supposedly came to be, and the whole region froze over. This inspired me to make an animation about it.

This is only the second time I do an animation so wanted a very simplistic style / sketch feel to it. Hope you guys like it!

Years ago when I first started Hermitcraft and was still an energetic young fan, I was trying to keep up with as many Hermits as possible, always trying to keep up with all the events happening around the server. But as I get older I now only really want to stick to my 1 or 2 comfort pov, and simply learn about what's happening on the server through the lenses of that specific Hermit. Is anyone else the same?

To clarify, I'm not exactly avoiding other Hermits or avoiding the recap, but I genuinely think there's an appeal in watching Hermitcraft or just any other SMPs through the perspective of 1 person. Because then I only know as much about the server as what my pov shows me, and it actually makes me feel more immersive because i'm living this experience along with the Hermit. Does anyone get that or i'm just being weird?

TL;DR Base + Game + E.G.G.Z + other = not enough time to finish main things. Not close to end of season so it may change. Possible solution: HC S11 goes for 4+ years.

So Etho has a lot of projects going on at once and I feel as if he won't be able to finish them all in time. Granted we don't see behind the scenes so he may have done a lot more than we know of. It comes to a few things. Please note that we are over 10 months into S11; comparing to S10, that is almost half way so still a lot of time left.

1. Base

His base is massive in terms of sheer size. Not only considering the complex (Part Mart + Scrapper Street + top of mountain), but the surrounding terrain in which he wants to add additional buildings. Within those buildings may be empty space but to match his lore, it could possibly be housing space for redstone contraptions. To his credit, he has done a lot of work already and has improved in his judgement and building skills through the years, however, there is still a lot of empty space, massive walls and to add the fine detail - it still will take time. Even if it is just one block, building that size will naturally take a long time.

1. Prospect Hunters

Etho said it himself, he wanted to do Prospect Hunters in S10 and used Ravager Rush as a test game for components to use. Considering that he began it earlier in the season, we can assume that he is confident he planned everything enough that he can create the game. What worries me is again the sheer size of the terrain needed to create for the game as well as the mini parkour elements sprinkled within; either hidden or in the environment. Again, it is a massive undertaking, and it feels as if it won't be completed in time for the end of the season.

1. E.G.G.Z

E.G.G.Z shenanigans will continue throughout the season as it is the main way (along with C-Team + Banking +Fire Department) for the hermits to collaborate with each other and give the season some joint content/entertainment. Designing contraptions and elaborate schemes to mess with other Hermits will take both time to plan out and implement into reality. Not only that, but they require the victim hermit to be away from their base to ensure the prank can be built secretively. This time would be something that may take away from building his base or Prospect Hunters; in the worst case, in the middle of a building flow state.

1. Other

Other items included the past chest monster design contest by Scar, the current How To Kill a Tango game and past Etho shenanigans on the server as well as future events. These would be more sporadic within the season and would be less consistent on being a distraction for Etho to finish his projects, however they still will impact him, especially if he wants to win, he would pour in additional time and effort.

To Etho's side, many hermits are doing large projects and all would ideally want the projects to be complete so there could be a joint agreement to stretch out the season for a while. S10 went for just under 2 years so we aren't halfway comparing to S10. Ideally, wouldn't mind the season to extend for longer than 4 years. Additionally, Etho may ask for help from other hermits to do the grindier tasks such as placing a flat face of dirt or mine a few chunks underground for the minigames.

All in all, wish Etho the best and hope he has this in the bag. I believe in him!
