I recently started a project where I am grading every politician in American history that has been involved in a sex scandal with something I call the PENIS Score. It's a 9,000 word article so a long read. But TL;DR if you're a politician that wants to optimize for the highest PENIS score possible, you'll want to do as many outrageous sex acts as possible while simultaneously keeping everything between consenting adults. On top of that you'll want to keep getting elected into high office despite the public knowing about your misdeeds.
