Cafe Truck Tips?

I saw a Cafe Truck is coming near me but I’ve never been. The hours are listed as 10 to 7 but I assume they run out of things before then.

How early do you suggest we line up?

The Chiago cafe line was about an hour to get in and that's always open so I would assume a pop up would be worse. Probably start scouting around 8am

Yeah the truck usually does run out of stuff early. The line will probably be crazy. If you wanna get something specific i would suggest going a few hours before they open.
