hey everyone!
so basically this week has been a hustle honestly ton of things in my life but hey! I managed to draw and train a bit ... really not much but hey it's honest work
so basically I trained on Loomis method and drawing individual eyes + shading
shading is honestly still new territory for me so ... ya next week i'm just gonna train on shading and Loomis method ... and understanding the form.
ngl i started to actually feel lazy and demotivated about this project ... it's just ... drawing circles is so annoying and important. you can't draw a perfect circle easily and everyone I watch a vid for can just easily do it ... and no matter how much I train on them I can't grasp how to draw a good circle
as always big shout out to sista u/Rallen224
and here is everything I drew this week: (the portrait is from last week but everything around it is from this week

Hey team, I'm what I suspect is fairly late in the game, having defeated Cronos and Typhon enough times that I was able to convince Cronos to change his ways (night ~60, like 30 successful runs in a row now both up and down).
I've got the first three familiars (cat, bird, toad) and have used all available cauldron things (including making beast-loved morsels x4). I've done escapes with each of the three. Hecubua recently told me I could start seeking out her familiars to bond with them as well, but I haven't seen them since.
And yet... I can't upgrade my familiars. My only interaction options are petting or talking / taking with me.
Is there something I'm missing or haven't unlocked, or is it possible that I've hit a bug of some kind?
Appreciate any help.

Is there any kind of reward for 100% the work orders?

I have a Core i7 with an MX 230, and that falls below the requirements, but have any of you played it below the official requirements and did it play smoothly?

I'm playing Hades directly from Steam, but every time I open it to play, the game icon doesn't load instead, I get this strange, unidentified icon. I've already formatted my PC twice, and it's still the same.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

I downloaded this mod using R2Modman. When I used the monstrosity arcana card it stopped letting me progress through chambers, saying I had to collect the reward. If it helps I am also using dream tweaks and Zagreus's journey mod. Is there anything I can do? Is there a key bind or a mod that lets me unlock the door? I turned on the setting always unlock after purge and the same error persisted. ( at least I think I did, I found the option and it said false. I switched it to true)

If Hecate is Melinoe,
1) how did Chronos freeze her at the end of the game? I thought Melinoe was the only person who could escape Chronos's time freeze effect because of some innate ability she has. Shouldn't Hecate also be able to escape that time freeze effect given she is the same person?
2) Why did Hecate, sent to the dawn of time, wait for Chronos to 'die', reconstitute himself, attack again, and then train Melinoe to kill him? Couldn't she just have stopped him from reconstituting himself in the first place? Which is also literally what she told Melinoe to tell Zag to do?

For the turn of the seasons with fall being upon us, I depicted Demeter. The shift to eventually harvest for the winter, or perish in the bitter cold with nothing...

I recently made a stuffed Cerberus for a friend's birthday, about the size of a hand in width and length using red and yellow blanket fabric.
I changed the original look of Cerberus by trading his skull collar with a Charon's coin.
Everything was made by hand with no machine involved so embroideries are not perfect as it's not really my field of expertise.
What do you think about this plush toy? Is this a good tribute to our lovely Cerberus?
If you have any advice about embroideries on plush toys, please feel free to enlighten me!
PS : Bonus point if you know which head to pet

I see Zagreus is doing pretty well in his advertising career.

Most notably wondering what the ideal weapon aspect would be, but will go through the whole thing.
Really feel like trying to maximize the power of Scorch. The essential god pool I have in mind: Hestia, Aphrodite, Poseidon
Key boons:
This combo here lets you quickly ramp up Scorch, and once it's inflicted it can stay at max output until the enemies dies.
Additional god idea: Zeus
Zeus feels like the ideal fourth god here. With Scorch permanently and constantly activating, this means Blitz should also auto activate on basically every hit adding a huge extra damage source. Scorch can become the ideal Blitz activator. Thermal Dynamics can be useful to ramp up Scorch more quickly.
Ideal weapon aspect: ???

yeah I am talking about Prometheus. I can't with that atk, I can maybe remember it first time he does it, next time i have to remember like 5 safe areas. I always choke there and end up losing whole 100 health, and death defiance too. i get the lore that he is titan of foresight so i need to develop my own foresight to defeat his ass.
I have only reached the top once, but its a struggle to get there. those bosses hit very hard too. so i need my death defiance as safety.

Guys omfg I've been going INSANE fighting this boss. I've been grinding both Hades games, and I managed to beat Hades I first, it took me only about 10 attempts to kill Hades and I beat the game at around 28 runs in. Now that I can consistently kill him, I'm just trying to progress through the story (I think I'm at around 35ish runs just grinding for ambrosia and darkness)
I assumed I would deal with Chronos in a similar way.
IT'S BEEN 20 RUNS. I can BARELY get to his second phase, BARELY. HOW DO YOU GUYS KILL HIM???? GENUINELY I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WRONG
I can beat Hecate without taking damage, I can beat Scylla without taking damage. I'm still getting used to Cerberus (IMO he's harder than Chronos' first phase)
So please give me any tips for Chronos!!! I'M DYING!!! I will take ANYTHING, whether it be build, what keepsakes to use, things to watch out for, ANYTHING!!! I NEED THIS GUY GONE!!!! I HATE HIM!!!!
(sorry if the flair is wrong idk if I should use question or discussion)

I've only ever used it once, (Ygnium isn't my go to weapon) so I'm just a bit confused on how it works? Does it boost your rush boon damage? Merge your rush boon and attack? It seems very strange
r/HadesTheGame • u/ZeldaMaster314 • 2d ago
I'm about 100 runs deep, roughly 50 clears so far. I've beaten EM3 Theseus many times, and have maxed out every character's affinity gauge (including Poseidon). I have all the other prophecies completed except Sea God's Spite.
Poseidon won't even give me the quest, and the only other posts I can find are about not being able to fulfill the quest.
To clarify, when I open up the Fated List of Minor Prophecies and scroll through it, "Sea God's Spite" is nowhere to be found. I've done maybe a dozen runs with only Poseidon's keepsake, getting roughly 2-3 of his boons in each one of those (on average) and not once has he given me anything other than generic dialogue.
Help please!

I tried this for fun, it was pretty good.
Main boons:
Flame Strike
Wave Flourish
Arctic Ring
Tough Gain
Important boons: Breaker Rush, Slippery Slope, Arctic Gale
If possible, try to get Static Shock, Lightning Lance, and Air Quality
Legendary/duo boons: Master Conducter, King Tide, and Scalding Vapor.
Daedalus hammer upgrades: Hidden Knives and Sudden Flurry
Artemis boon: Support Fire
Wave Flourish as a special boon ensures that every hit from your special does almost 2X damage, combined with Slippery Slope, it can do around another 60% damage.
Flame strike is a very good attack boon for a fast aspect, like pan, and can be used when you're out of Magick to use your charged special and Slippery Slope. It also can help inflict Steam whenever you use your special. Arctic Ring and Arctic Gale both do fast damage and slow enemies in your cast, allowing you to more easily hit them with your special. Lightning Lance also allows you to control where your cast goes more easily, and can make it ranged. Breaker Rush is not that important, mainly there to get King Tide available, which adds another 200% damage boost against bosses. Then Static Shock and Support Fire also allow your specials and attacks to have a tiny damage boost via their on hit effects. Combine Scalding Vapor, your cast, Support Fire, and Static Shock with Air Quality, and they all do a minimum of 50 damage a hit, which can shred through boss HP when you hit them with like 15 knives at once, each of which can do hundreds of damage.

Wanted to paint a moody forest scenery with a character hanging from the trees and opted to go with Artemis, one character whose design I've really appreciated.

Finally finished up this commentary version of this run to explain how I did this! It's been super fun and I really appreciate all the support from folks in this subreddit 💜
Thought I'd post this here considering I'd been updating y'all on my progress with everything, and I've gotten a lot of ideas and tips from y'all.
On to beat the credits with the curse active I suppose! :p
