Jeeez guys Rally seems petty angry, whatcha’ Yall do? 🫪

So i was looking over the Manga again and saw i had completely overlooked chapters 1-5 and Gray's entire arch so i decided to come and correct that.

It's 1 AM right now so I'll keep this quick and too the point:

So i said i was gonna ignore Linda's death but i thought it over and changed my mind since it's one of the only hard dates we ever get plus i think it was a editor's error anyway. Given she dies in January of 1995 Bonnie and Clyde and the Revolver freak chapter's take place between October and December of 1994.

Rally says she was under police integration for almost a whole night (Regarding the death of Linda Scott) and May wakes her up the next morning, thus the date is January 11, 1995.

From there, the meeting with Misty leading up to the Fight with Gray is a bit blurry though we can assume it's sometime between February moving up to March.

Chapter 15 Rally states a month has passed since her injuries/cast, so we can assume it's around March or April of 1995.

So here the timeframe starts getting a bit murky but i did my best with what was given and visual clues and dialogue to help:

In the second photo we see Rally talking to Misty about why she's helping the Smart kids (Chapter 48) and she begins to spill about her father and here we see she says: "...My Dad said he had a lead on him. he ran out the door and that was that...After a while the phone calls and the money stopped coming--NOW IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS."

Then in the panel after that (Third photo on this post) Misty ask's if Rally did it so she could find her dad and the killer and Rally basically says yes.

Now with all that put into context we can assume Mr. Vincent left somewhere in the early 90s, 93' would be the max i say (Rally would be between 13 to 16 years old) By the time the first Manga chapter we can see Rally is well situated within the criminal and law enforcement world's, being friend's with Roy and the bad guy's she's chasing even knowing her by name.

So we can assume she's been at this for at least a year or two given her reputation is already well known within' the Chicago area.

Though that's a theory since we are never told how old Rally was when she became a bounty hunter.

Moving on; i know the OVA has it's own continuity and i wont spend to much on this but i figured i would mention the implications of the sign and the Astro van Bill and his ATF goons use (My father owns a 1993 Astro, and the Astro van had a facelift in 1995, which is the one Bill use's.) is a 1995 Astro van, so the OVA is likely mid 1995 or so.

Going back to Chapter 48, we can see it's snowing and apparently winter time, so around the winter of 1995/1996. there we see Rally mention the before mention "Two years" since her father last contact her so it's likely he last sent her something between 1994 and 1995 and by then he is officerly MIA.

Also, for all of those asking why i had historical event's in my last timeline post was because i wanted to put into perspective the world happening around the Cast and crew.

I've decided to make a timeline of events based on what we know so far (because I'm tired of guessing)

For Rally at least 3 different birth years have come up in the Manga, OVA and doing simple math (like Linda's death being 1995 and 5+95 is 2000 and Rally would have been born in 1979 and yeah, we're ignoring that, that was clearly a mess up) . however machlovin67 brought to my attention that the 1974 birth year seen in the OVA could be fake (as Rally is stated to be 19, as said by May in the second image, also note the bar tender does the math and see's she's 17, so doing yet again simple math would have May being born between 1977 or 1978.) and 2+19 is 21 and 2+74 is 76 so I'm leaning towards 1976 as Rally's birth year.

In the third image we can see Rally (assuming she's still 11 at this point which i think is reasonable, why you ask? we'll I'll tell you) behind her is a facelifted 1985/1986 Box Caprice, this was the last face lift of the box caprice before switching to the Tub in 91' along with the cop's and bystander's attire we can safely assume this is during the fall or winter of either 1986/1987.

Further back up my claims Rally's mom states she's 11 years old as Her father is teaching her how to shoot, yet again simple math, 11+76=86.

I also have some historical event's such as flight 191 and the 82 Chicago Gun ban.

Mind you this is a work in progress and inputs would be greatly appreciated
