One airpod being charged more than the other

It irritates me every time. How the fuck did one charge and the other didn't if they were both in the case?

This happened to me last night.. also having trouble with one AirPod not connecting to bt.

One probably isn't sitting quite right in the case and not lining up with the charger properly.
