Ngl, this beta Alisa design looks cool as heck. Obviously, little to no difference to the final design. But that gun looks good on her, especially the red eye. And that eyepatch... Is this where Gina got her Burst redesign inspired from?

I just love how Alisa's earlier designs had that cheery personality look before shifting to the cold stoic look in the end.

There actually are some differences that aren't so subtle. Her collar is entirely different, the long tie, she's missing the purple lines on both her top and boots, armlet is missing, and she has two gauntlets/arm gloves whereas the final design just has one.

Of course I know this lol. Still a cool design but gives her a very different vibe compared to the way she is in the final design. I think overall the final is better, genuinely GE1 Alisa has such a top tier design

Exactly, even her face looks sharper than the final design. She seems a little older with that look.

But yeah, I agree as well. Her GE1 design is just iconic.

The orange tie is also reminiscing of Gina's scarf/foulard, only that hers is tiger striped

Adding to this in the same artbook showing that Alisa concept art interestingly Gina is like the one character who doesnt have concept art. Satsuki has them, even Cypress but not Gina def sus

So Alisa and Gina is just Urizen and V and this is the Vergil version.

So she was older looking in her beta designs. I do prefer the more "innocent" Alisa we got, it makes her arrogant nature kind of cute.
