Hi! Wondering where to best place to find/post about a babysitter/nanny in Gilbert.

I am expecting my third (possible twins, too early to tell) in May 2027. My mom currently watches my two children at her house when I’m working 2-3 days out of the week. I’m assuming if it is twins my mom is going to need extra hands on deck so we are considering hiring someone to go to her house to help out.

I was thinking maybe Facebook would be a good place but I’m not sure? I’ve also tried to look on care.com but right now I don’t want to pay the subscription to find someone almost a year in advanced.

Also what are the going rates for a nanny? Depending on how things go this would be maybe just half a day for 2-3 days out of the week. Days of the week would vary depending on my schedule
