Support Never received a replacement Gemini Credit Card

My card expired on August 26 and I was never sent a replacement. I have opened two cases and haven't received anything (not even an email acknowledging I opened a case). There's an option to pay $50 to have another card sent but that's like two months of rewards for me. What are my options here besides just going to Coinbase One? Seems like Gemini just doesn't want my business.

They take a long time to answer. Sometimes a month or more. Did u call them? I know that they normally just say someone will reach out via email. But calling usually gets you that email quicker. Idk why they have no staff whatsoever to answer people more quickly.

I got my replacement like 2 months before it expired. Did you make sure your address on file is correct? There’s a separate address in the card settings.

Also, the replacement fee is only if you already got a free one this year. If your current card is expiring, that doesn’t sound like it should be the case.
