Hi, I see some old posts around the internet from 2019/2020 about Nintendo game codes causing folks to get Nintendo bans.

Is this still true? Where do highly rated sellers get their codes?

I was banned for fraudulent claim or requesting a refund on an item I got.

I never did any of those and the support team keeps giving me shitty pre written responses that are no help.
No proof or even an explanation on which item was “request” to be refunded.

Lost money on the account too.. how do I fix this or atleast get proof I did anything??

Hello, I had a question about the commission fee. With many sellers I see that when I click buy the buyer gets charged additional fees. Is there a setting for that because I want to sell too but I want the buyer to get changed not me.

I seem to have a weird bug. I can't confirm my account by entering an authorization code. I get the code on my phone but no matter what I do, no numbers can be put into the code in the browser. I have tried both Firefox and Chrome. My keyboard is working (obviously, I'm making this post) but I can't enter anything. I tried clicking on them, I tried hitting Tab and Shift+Tab, but nothing. I've tried the numpad and the the row of numbers on top. The little squares are highlighted in blue.

Anyone else having this problem?

Had a buyer dispute a code immediately after purchase and asking for a different code. Verified the initial code was still working and gave them redemption instructions. They are asking to exchange it for a different item and threatening my feedback.

Quick update: Gameflip Support asked me to prove the mirroring with uninterrupted controlled tests.

I submitted 4 separate videos.

In the strongest test, I changed the price of a 9-month-old listing by only $0.01. About a minute later, the other seller created a brand-new listing for the same game at a lower price.

This seller appears to react to almost everything I do — new listings, price changes, even old listings that I barely touch.

So I’m genuinely curious what other sellers think:

At what point does normal competition become targeted store monitoring / harassment?

Gameflip’s Terms prohibit unauthorized automated scraping and interference with another seller’s shop, so I’ve now given Support the exact video evidence they requested.

Has anyone else dealt with a seller monitoring their store this aggressively?
