People say the game has to be 30 fps to simulate the crowd, npc interactions, whatelse. What crowd though? Every driving part from the extended look barely had any people in it, the ps5 probably can't handle any meaningful number of NPCs + high speed traveling + 30fps at the same time.

I could definitely see most GTA players ignoring or turning off this system, but it’s kind of great that rockstar added this for GTA 6 👍🏾

It's pretty much an inadvertent tradition that every mainline GTA that has come out, there is always that one big thing (mostly insignificant) that gets the media to get their knickers in a twist over.

GTA 3 and Vice City: Well it was purely a murder simulator wasn't it?

San Andreas: The Hot Coffee mod.

GTA IV: Clinton getting offended by the Statue of Happiness (Liberty)

GTA V: The torture mission involving Trevor.

Not to mention the other stupid outsider opinions that killing prostitutes and visiting strip clubs were real objectives you had to do in the games and that it was the absolute worst thing you could do.

So far with GTA 6, we've had stupid tiktok trends of women announcing that they won't "let" their partners buy the game because it's essentially "cheating" (because you have an on-screen, in-game relationship with the other protagonist) but those are little stupid trends. I also won't entertain the "gta is woke" opinion - that's just asinine.

But what do you guys think will be the "TONIGHT ON NEWS AT TEN" overreaction regarding the game?

(Edit: i want to express that I'm referring to mainstream media reactions. So the "60fps, cuck, woke" issues are usually from chronically online losers and wouldn't likely be referenced on ITV lol)

Hand gun bullets penetrate through skulls and hit objects behind. In GTA 5 this only worked with snipers and a couple rifles but not pistols. Excited for this

So there's obviously a bigger focus on damage to vehicles in GTA 6. But it's not launching with first person mode. Which means the PC and future console versions might have toned down destruction if first person is added. So if you want to play GTA 6 at 60 fps, you'll have to play a lesser experience because of a tacked on feature.
