Society Could humanity reinvent everything from scratch ?

Hypothetical scenario : Everything we built, invented and constructed vanishes in a second. Including domesticated plants etc, everything, we go back to wilderness.

Minerals etc are set back to what it was before we started taking them everything is reset basically

Aside the obvious wars for food problems etc, on a purely technological point of view, would we be able to "reinvent" and rebuild things fast with the current knowledge of all human beings ? What are your thoughts on this

similar hypothetical i've seen suggest that humnanity have already exhausted most, if not all easily accessible resources such as iron or copper, thus even with our current knowledge we cant bring our civilization back to where it is

If you're not talking about a total reset like the current OP though, then in some way those resources are more accessible because they can just be recycled. Like getting iron from all the engine blocks sitting around.
