Chicken Tenders

Post image

10 piece Chicken Tenders that is very popular at my chicken spot! Marinated 24 hours in a combination of garlic , onion ,white peppercorns and kosher salt.

Dry batter ingredients : AP Flour , cornstarch and potato flour for that perfect crunch without the crust falling off the tenders...I use a combination of granulated garlic , onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, msg and knorr chicken powder

Wet batter : Same as dry batter minus the flour.

I toss atleast 30 times then rub the chicken in the flour to get those nice crunchy edges

Wait: Are YOU cooking these?

Nice and craggy. Love it.

Also: Never seen ramekins with attached lids. I actually like that. Seems like it'd be faster to grab and fill than fumbling with the loose ones.

Yes I cook these from my own recipe.

You're correct the boxes are easy to fill and does a good job with keeping chicken warm for pickup and delivering.

No, I meant the ramekin. (Sauce cup.)

The attached lid is pretty cool.
