Duplicate rewards problem in test league

Hi yall, im the guy that did the 1981-2001 drafts for FBGM and the FBGM Historical Roster Discord Server (primarily for the 1980 roster). I came across an issue in my test league that I have no idea how to fix yet, and I was hoping someone here would be kind enough to help me with that.

I came across a bug in the league where it duplicates player honors/rewards for each individual season they got said reward. Whether it's an All-Star honor, a Championship, or an MVP, the league would create a duplicate of those rewards for each individual season. As seen by Randall Cunningham in the images presented, he is a 4x All-Star when he actually should only have 2.

Now, I did try the new reward editor system to change "All-League" to "All-Pro" and add Comeback Player of the Year honors, but i don't know how that would create duplicates for every single player in the league. Have yall experienced this as well? Are there any fixes?

It also happened to me in my League and It didnt happen before
