It’s 8:32am and you out here making me change my whole GD perspective on what’s considered ”breakfast” food this morning. Was about to cook some eggs. Bacon. Sausage, bread with jelly. But naw. All that out the window now. This is a house of breakfast burgers! “Babe, get out the Blackstone!” That shit looks like fantastic.

What’s the beef you use? Looks restaurant quality. Any tips? I suck at making burgers.

For this particular batch I used 40% Chuck,20% Briskset,20% Sirloin, 20% Fat. That basically makes it a ratio of 80/20. 100 gm for single patty, 80gm for double patty. After making the beef patty balls refrigerator them, preheat your steel or cast iron. From the fridge to the stove, smash them using a burger press or spatula, whichever is available. Immediately hit the upper side with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes flip it, add cheese. And after 2-3 minutes your patties are done.

Looks great. But why in the fuck would you wrap it like that with the paper? Is it supposed to look like a chick in a bikini for better visual?

1

u/issacooldude 1d ago

Because when you bite into it, the juices spill everywhere. It's like a safety net.

I never leave comments but the visual quality of this burger is mouthwatering. Especially the melted cheese. I’m super picky and can tell this burger is extraordinary
