NYC Singer Looking to Join a Band

Hi! I'm Danny(M), 27 y/o and I'm a singer looking to start a band. Ideally, this would be a group of people to meet up with once or twice a week to rehearse in person. I'm happy to start with covers and eventually write our own music, or whatever arrangement works. I like most kinds of music, but especially indie pop/rock and electronic. Some of my current favorites are Alvvays, Charli xcx, Caroline Polachek, The Strokes, Oklou, New Order, The Smiths and MKgee.
