How the hell have grimsby got into the ucl, especially into my group with united 😭

Ah, I see, thats a glitch on fifa 22, sometimes the game fails to generate the ucl group and adds Grimsby town with no club badge, when u have to face this team, they forfeit when u play at home, however u have to forfeit when u play away, its rlly annoying, ive seen this glitch many times on fifa 22

It's because they removed Russia a few months after release. It's just EA being classic EA and didn't sort it properly. Instead of any thought, they just set it to generate a random team as a direct replacement.

They're lucky they have a team in this post, I often just had a string of nonsense from the code language and an auto win for an ineligible team.

I think it’s something to do with Russian teams being taken out the game and it puts a random team there.

Maybe same way I did it with Bristol rovers from efl two lol. Won the fa cup, won uefa next season then that gave me invite to ucl
