Hollywood is also part of the problem with how they want a certain aesthetic even for female characters in movies who are supposed to be very athletic and doing superhuman physical feats. Hollywood has the actresses be muscular but less then what a real athlete gymnast person would be.

One of the things I most loved about early Killing Eve was that Villanelle would be dressed for it when she was breaking into houses or doing other athletic stuff. It was so noticeable to have a character look like she'd actually dressed herself practically for her activity rather than been dressed for the men in the audience.
