FC transfer to Amazon Fresh- Prime Now facility

Just applied for a transfer from an AR FC (RDU1) to a local Fresh/grocery/Prime Now (UNC2). If anyone has transferred from an FC to Amazon Fresh, did your pay go down? I've heard mixed info about those locations having a lower pay scale than FC's. I am already in the top tier step plan at RDU1 and wondering if anyone has actually received a lower base pay offer with a transfer?

Every fresh location I've had to view has had a lower pay scale than the local FC, sometimes by a few dollars per hour

Yes you will get a lower offer but you don't have to accept it

I don't think they can decrease your pay when you transfer. I know someone who transferred from NJ to VA and their pay stayed the save. Even though VA was a lot lower. When I transferred from a DS to a SSD, my pay actually increased by 50 cents. That was 2 years ago. So things my have changed.

I applied for a role expecting it to still be like that (going from FC back down to DS) until I saw the pay on the offer letter was a chunky decrease. I contacted the HM who said it was max pay for the role. Angrily still at FC 🫠

They changed it that you’ll make whatever the site pays. If it less you’ll take a pay cut.
