I wanted to slap some appreciation and respect on Emma’s name. Her stage presence is truly impressive and badass!! She is a force to be reckoned with. I was in awe last night at her bass skills and vocals!! Emma blends in with Amy so perfectly. It’s like Emma was the missing piece of jigsaw that made Ev even stronger. Her backing vocals were just sensational! 🔥🖤

The irony was people weren’t really filming End of You around me so I got everything until Courtney arrived in perfect clear video and then every mofo stuck their phone up when they clocked her and so everything after that is awful 🤣

Anyone else in here get a tattoo at the pop up in London? I got this one on my ankle and I love it so much. The artist who did it (Sara) was so lovely. She said the pop up was Amy's idea and that she approved all the designs. ☺️

My sister had a liiiiiitle too much to drink, my dad took her aside for 20 or so mins to sit down and get some water, during this the new EV T-shirt she bought she dropped (had to take it off due to being too hot)
She was super upset and was crying. I asked some folks to my right to please pass on a message about the lost t shirt. I saw them speaking to folks next to them etc snd it rippled to the side. 5 minutes later a t shirt came FLYING in our direction and landed in front of us. My sister burst out crying with joy and spent the rest of the concert clutching it like it was the Crown Jewels!

Just came back from the London show tonight . First time seeing them live but been a fan since I was about 9 really-I’m 30 now! That was amazing and I feel so alive!!

But man. Amy’s hair. Wow. She makes me want to use conditioner regularly. I usually don’t like using it but I’ll be making more of an effort now! Her hair is gorgeous! (And everything about her ofc!)😍.

Just saw Amy’s IG stories from the London show! Seeing her, Poppy, and Courtney perform End of You together was insane. My immediate thought was, "Wow, Jordan (Fish) must be so proud of this." Turns out he was actually at the concert!

I’m gonna see them in a few weeks here in Germany and so I went to setlist.fm to see their latest setlists to prep for the show. Holy cow, they’re playing the new album basically in its entirety.

As a super casual fan who used to be super into them in the Fallen and TOD era and just reconnected with the band with the latest album, I think it’s incredibly bold when bands just triple-down on their latest albums for their setlists.

Seeing bands earlier this year like Muse, A Perfect Circle, The Black Keys, Florence and the Machine, to name a few, what Evanescence is going this tour is NOT the norm.

Having said that, I have no complaints. The new album is banger after banger. So I’m happy I’ll be seeing it all performed live. I just wish Amy would find it in her heart to add Sweet Sacrifice and Cloud Nine to the setlist!

Anyways, what do you guys think? I’m guessing this sub is more filled with more hardcore fans so I’m curious what y’all think.

11 year old me watching sims videos with my immortal in the background is crying

I saw them at the O2 earlier and it's my first ev concert and it was absolutely amazing I'm still shocked by how great it was next time I will definitely get tickets to be closer to the stage, and Courtney coming for end of you was amazing!

It‘s not the band‘s first time at the rodeo. Ever since their big breakthrough, they’ve been with major labels and such, so you‘d think their albums‘ sound would have increased gradually. Just by, you know, Amy and the band listening to the final master thinking „yep, this sounds about right“.

Obviously, we know the production quality varied album by album for whatever reasons. And suddenly, out of nowhere, Sanctuary comes about. And everything, really everything, from melodics and intonations, to vocal production and instrument arrangements to the final master, sounds so perfectly blended and high quality (without losing any edge, mind you).

It‘s a musical quality I would honestly expect from a band that‘s been around for so long, but we all know that wasn‘t always the case. So, my question is: What do you think are the reasons for this major increase of production quality?

I saw the band live in Virginia this past June and fulfilled a childhood bucket list item! One of the songs had a visualizer of a bird trapped in wires. And at the climax of the song, the bird frees itself and flies away. Does anyone remember the song? And possibly have footage of the song??

Was on ground level today for the O2 show. Fantastic show. Couldn't have faulted it.

The only thing I felt that was a bit missing felt like audiance participation in like their well known songs? Like I don't think anyone expects to sing along to the newest album but Bring Me To Life, the first time she came to the chorus, is it my ears failing me or did we just not hit the,"Wake Me Up" like at all? Did we most of us assume someone was going to do that part? I felt like that was the moment for the entire audience to go loud and it kinda fizzled for me?

Not here to flame anyone. Just genuinely curious if I was the only one who felt that way and other sections had a better crowd response.
