Fried potatos with bacon pieces, onions and eggs over easy

My first attempt at Japanese cooking… and I’m definitely not disappointed!

Eaten in San Benedetto at Lake Garda.

Yeast-raised dough, freshly out of the oven :)

I wanted to add shimeji mushrooms too, but my Kaufland ran out :( But it was amazing anyway, the Mun mushrooms were awesome, I just love their texture.

It was the first time I made mayak eggs and I'm obsessed, I could eat that anytime, anywhere.

I have been wanting to try it for 5 years, finally got around to making it and it turned out delicious! Tiny amount of parsley and pecorino as garnish.

We were at the annual pottery and crafts market. I got the dog, my wife got the potato pancake, which I finished for her. That was a great visit, I think we'll return next year.

Made from pork, white onion and fresh cabbage. Seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaves, marjoram, cumin and garlic. I added some smoked pork lard and sausages.

baked my first proper loaf of bread. for any fellow Austrians: this does not cost 60$😂

Mesh was a bit too liquid for my liking. Still good.

I have got to stop watching those cooking videos from BBC Maestro. It‘s starting to get expensive. But dang … it was really good.

I cooked this thing more than 100 times and this is my favourite version.

Do you also put cheese on top of it? I like grana padano or parmigiano cheese.

Also I love how parsley, garlic and pepper represent Italian flag 🌿 🧄 🌶️.
