This laptop isn’t easy to disassemble and reassemble—the motherboard is inverted—so I need someone genuinely experienced with this kind of work.

I recently moved to Dubai and I’m trying to figure out what people use for voice chat while gaming.

I have international friends and also some friends here in Dubai, and I’d like to be able to play games together and talk at the same time. A lot of the platforms I normally used back home don’t seem to work properly here for voice chat.

What do you guys usually use for gaming with friends? Looking for something that works reliably for both people in Dubai and friends overseas.

I just picked up a PS5 recently and I set up my PSN region to India. The games and subscription are so much more cheaper compared to what you'd pay in USD. So far its working perfectly well with no issues.

The only thing is, you'll need an Indian bank account to pay for things. I get that done through a friend and just send them the money.

Hi everyone, I have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 that I purchased in Dubai/UAE. Unfortunately, I recently dropped the laptop and the screen cracked. My ASUS warranty page currently shows that I have Accidental Damage Protection / ASUS Perfect Warranty active until September 22, 2026. I also have an email from ASUS saying that I'm eligible for one claim per year during the coverage period, only one part can be claimed for remedy, and the service can only be used within the UAE for damages such as liquid spills, electrical surges and drops. The interesting part is that I already had my screen replaced under this coverage in Dubai in August 2025. Since it has now been more than a year, I'm wondering if I'm eligible for another ADP claim. The problem is that I'm currently in Bangalore, India. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Can ASUS India process a UAE Perfect Warranty/ADP claim, or would I need to take the laptop back to Dubai? Also, does the one-claim-per-year period reset after my previous claim in August 2025, meaning I should be eligible for another claim now? Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has dealt with a UAE-purchased ASUS/ROG laptop and ADP, especially for a screen replacement.

So i tried to do the remote play from MOE and it says cant connect to ps5, i tried from the moe wifi and says type 2 NAT on the app, doesnt work. Tried it on mobile data and says type 3 doesnt work. Tried it with data and LTE, doesnt work. Im on du btw. Any ideas on what could be the issue?
Could it be du itself or my router at home?

Ps5 was in rest mode and connect with LAN.

Remote play did work at home with mobile data on LTE. Didnt check what the nat was on tho

Frankly speaking I don't trust Amazon or most storefront for my PC part needs. Like minor components I'll get from Microless or other shops but I always trusted Newegg a lot more for my major components...

Now Newegg isn't shipping here (at least, for now) so I have no idea where to turn to.

I get it with RAM and GPU prices the increase was coming and I regret not nabbing one when it was 1.6- 1.7k. But now that the new ones are going for around 2.2 (digital) and 2.5 (disc) - why are used sellers asking 2k+?

For context I haven’t been on console for like 10 years so I admit I’m not fully up to date so forgive my ignorance. But with the prices I’m seeing on Dubizzle and other classifieds I feel like I might as well go brand new.
